Organization settings

Manage tenant identity, domains, DNS, users, roles, and billing.

Use the Administration section of Settings for organization-wide configuration. These pages are permission-gated.

Common tasks#

  1. Open General to review the organization name, tenant details, enabled modules, and usage.
  2. Use Domains to add and verify email domains before enforcing SSO.
  3. Use DNS to enable private service discovery and choose a suffix.
  4. Use Users and RBAC to invite operators and grant least-privilege roles.
  5. Use Billing to review the current plan or the organization managing billing.

General identifies the tenant but does not necessarily allow every displayed value to be edited. If an action is absent, your role may lack permission or the setting may be managed by PulseHA or a partner.

Do not use organization DNS to configure Secure Web filtering: service discovery and web filtering are separate controls.
