Reports
Review fixed-window activity and create permitted exports.
Reports summarizes historical activity for review and sharing. It is not the live searchable event stream.
Review activity#
- Open Reports.
- Choose a fixed 24-hour, 7-day, 30-day, or 90-day window.
- Review the cards available to your role, such as access activity, device posture, Secure Web, and audit volume.
- Follow a card into Analytics or Audit when individual evidence is needed.
Export data#
Open Exports and download only the inventory or policy datasets your role can view. Verify the selected window and contents before sharing.
Reports can omit sections when permission or source data is unavailable. A fixed historical window does not imply indefinite retention or absolute event durability. Use Audit for filtered event inspection and Analytics for trends.
